I can’t stress this enough, you MUST drink a lot of water—this will not only make a huge difference in the way you look, but the way you feel as well.

You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to stay healthy—go on walks, join some sports, or just do anything that requires some movement.


  1. Stay Motivated

In a fitness journey there’s no messing up unless you give up. So, if you fall off the band wagon a little bit, just get right back up and keep in going.


  1. Surround Yourself With Positivity

When trying to eat/be healthy you have to make sure the people you surround yourself are on your team. If people are trying to tempt you to make unhealthy choices, reconsider having them in your life.
