Have you ever thought about journaling—whether it be a daily or weekly thing? Well, it’s super beneficial for your mental and physical help (plus, it’s scientifically proven to boost your mood). Ever since I took up journaling, I have seen strides in my overall health and now I devote at least 15 minutes a day!
So, if you want to become more mindful and improve your inner psyche… you should totally keep scrolling!
4 Steps To Start Journaling
This is my favorite part and when I fill up one journal, I can’t wait to pick up a new one. You should take time on this and make sure you pick a journal that suits your style, this way you’ll want to write in it!
You can do this by adding some stickers or even something as simple as putting your name in a pretty font on the cover. This will make your journal special to you and create the safe space element to make your journal feel secure to only you.
In the beginning it could be quite taxing to journal each day or even week, my advice to you is to pick out specific times devoted to nothing but journaling. This will become routine as time goes on and make it feel natural as you progress in writing.
Your journal doesn’t have to be a masterpiece, just write exactly how you feel, and the rest will come naturally!
