Hey Girl, 

After our blog on how to pick a new hobby, we got an overwhelming response to go over different types of hobbies to make it easier when it comes to picking the right one for you. So, we figured we can break potential hobbies up into sections.

And today we’re going to start with the more active hobbies for all the fitness fiends out there. So, let’s not waste any more time and get started…


  1. Training For A Marathon


This is always that one thing that people say they always want to do, but never get started on. You could literally start with light jogging/ walking for like 20 minutes a day and slowly build yourself up.


  1. Yoga/ Meditation


Being active with something that’ll keep you mindful and stress free is super beneficial—even if you just take 30 minutes out of your day it can make a huge difference.


  1. Hiking

Going on hikes can be so beneficial and are the perfect way to clear your head when staying active. Plus, you don’t have to travel, just go to your nearest park and start hiking.


  1. Rock Climbing


This isn’t for everybody, but trust me, it’s super fun—whether it’s a mountain or a climbing center, it keeps you active.
