If you’re anything like me, chances are you don’t take enough time for yourself and focus on things that will benefit each and every day. After asking people how many hours a week people devote their time to physical and mental well-being, people on average reported 1-2 hours.
This got me thinking, about all the things we should do, but don’t. Whether you are busy with school or work it’s good to focus on things you truly enjoy.
So, today we’re going to list all…
The Things You Should Do, But Don’t!!!
Put Yourself First
At the end of the day all you have is yourself, so you should make your well-being a major priority in your daily life.
Most people only get between 4-6 hours of sleep a night—WE NEED EIGHT—so close your laptop, phone, or TV and get to bed girl.
Drink Enough Water
As humans we require at least 8 cups of water a day (totaling to roughly a half gallon daily). Plus, water is amazing for your health and will have your skin looking flawless.
I'm not saying you have to run a marathon every day, but it’s important to stay moving—maybe go for a walk. This will clear your head and do wonders for your physical well-being.
Wake up everyday and be thankful, because you were given the gift of life and if that’s not enough to get you up and motivated, I don’t know what will!
